Cleaning a S&W 342ti

I understand these take more care than your normal j frame when cleaning. Does anyone want to share some pointers?

when I had it:
*I only used Hoppe's #9 solvent with a bore brush through the barrel, mop through the cylinder, then some clean patches.
*To clean up the misc. dust around the firing pin and in front of the cylinder it was wiped with patches that were wet with #9.
*Add a couple drops of oil on the moving parts and call it a day. The frame itself can be wiped with a clean cloth.

the only abrasive things I use on my firearms is a brass bore brush in the barrel and the most abrasive thing on the rest is a toothbrush.

the 342 stays pretty clean on it's own, mainly just clean inside the barrel well as you would any other revolver, cleaning the cylinder chambers insures that shells don't stick in there and that's it for "regular" cleaning.

so tell me... now that you've shot it, how's it shoot?
I still haven't shot that .45 yet...
