OK, who do I contact to discuss the legality of certain carry laws on the books on my college campus? the AG, the gov, a judge, LSP, who? and where do I find their contact info?

you local councilman. then id say a lobbyist. or even the NRA

The AG usually gives clarifications on existing laws.

AG only gives opionions to elected officials, except in extenuating circumstances.

Councilmen generally do not know the law very very well.

Lobbyists are hard to find. I can help somewhat.

NRA? Good luck getting through to someone.

If you can find a good lawyer (tell me how that works for you), they may be the best to ask, short of finding an elected official to rubber stamp a letter to the AG.
