Could LC72 have been corrosive?

I have some LC72 30-06 cases that were fired probably 15 years ago. The inside of the neck had some green specs, very small almost like dust. I had some Winchester cases with them that did not show the same green dust.

I have them in the tumbler now, but I was just curious if they could have had a corrosive primer.
