My dad and I have just discovered cracker meal! It is hard to find, but I work at a warehouse and we sell it so I bought some. Instead of fish fry, chicken fry, cornmeal, flour or w/ you use to bread your meat for frying, you should try breading it in crackermeal. WOW it taste so much better and it is much cheaper. It is what chick-fil-a uses to bread their chicken. A 5lb bag cost about 5 dollars and it last 3-4 times depending on how much meat you are frying. We ate some frog legs breaded with crackermeal last night and they tasted soo good. We discovered crackermeal about 3 or 4 months ago and now ever time we fry food we use it. at first we were buying 5lb bags at a time, now we are up to cases(30lbs) at a time.
