Where can I find statistics, mainly for La, but all states would be nice showing the effect of carry permits on crime. I have someone saying (with out a cite so far) that Alabama's crime went up after adopting permits, so an accurate place to look up all states with cites to the individual official state sites would be nice. I can't seem to find what I'm looking for, maybe because I should be asleep or something....
