I have not kept up with the FRT debates, but am curious now. What is the current ATF position on these triggers? Are there various generations or variants of the Rare Breed.
As far as different gens, there is another company that built a knockoff, Rare Breed sued and won, was granted possession of and was selling those triggers on their site with no warranty, which I found utterly ridiculous.
Rare Breed is also suing the ATF. Apparently the ATF still considers them to be machine guns. No legal decision has been made since they were recently out accosting good citizens for buying them and demanding they be turned over, so I’m gonna say that nothing has changed there. At the end of the day, it’s always whatever the ATF says. You could always try writing them a letter…
So, got this from a friend today.
Anybody ever hear of “Operation Rapid Fire”
Looks like maybe everyone who bought from Rare Breed will be getting a visit. And possibly seizure of property…
