Custom bolt knobs....installed

Turned down a bolt today and made a custom knob for it this morning. The knob is just a little longer than say a Badger Ordinance, but for my hands it works well when cycling the bolt fast. I will be doing these for $85 installed on 700 bolts.

The finished assembly after some flutes and a bit of blue loc-tite...

Duracoating will come once I have a few things ready to paint.

I always wondered how they cut down the factory knob and threaded it. Nice fixture .
