Cut and Crown a rifle?

I can't find the rifle I want (700 SPS Tactical) so I am considering ordering the SPS V and getting the barrel cut to 20" or 22". Does anyone know how much that would cost and who could do it in the Baton Rouge area?

Bench vise, hacksaw, file, brass screw, drill, and valve lapping compound.

Accurate sold their last one today, I was going to buy it.

I got it at sniperscountrypx, it was $597+$13 ship +$20 transfer. Came out about the same as buying it at accurate, well a few bucks cheaper but I would have been happy spending the money at a local business.
