Can anyone suggest a good place to get a deer sausage made.

Bourgeois Meat Market or Bourgeois Smokehouse, both in Thibodaux. You don't saw what part of the state you are in. I bought a grinder and make my own.

Best in the world is Vines Meat Market up in Centerville, MS but that’s a long ride for most folks on here I guess.
Their Hot version is extremely addicting.
