Dutch oven pot roast

Did a pot roast in the Dutch oven today. Used white sweet potatoes instead of regular potatoes, carrots , green beans. Came out pretty good.

Literally just added a chuck roast, potatos, carrots, and the likes to my grocery delivery order. Going to be doing one of these later in the week.

Good call, I'll try it on the next iteration. I already ordered the little gold potatoes.
