    Kennah!
So, does your EDC pistol have an optic and light or not?
I’ve been carrying with both IWB and have no issues.
    Here’s a picture of my P365 carry.
I find it just as easy as carrying without them so I figure why not.
    What are your thoughts?

I carry a handheld Modlight and none of my pistols have lights. Almost all of the current pistol lights are not bright enough for use outside of a home.

Have a dot and light on one of my carry pistols. Plan on milling the slide on the other so I can have both on that one as well.

Consider if you dont use a light and dont have a red dot, get night sights. If you do have a light, and also a handheld, try and make them compatible batteries. A couple things people overlook.

    It also has night sights.
As far as batteries are concerned my handheld is rechargeable but my wml has really odd button batteries.
Not really a fan of that but finding a decent light for such a small pistol is problematic at best.
I’d prefer it to be rechargeable as well but this is the best option I’ve found.

Yup!!! 99.9% of the time unless I’m running in the store real quick might grab a stock Glock 19 or 43 both with night sights… a handheld is nice and usually have one

Yes to both. TLR 7 is sufficient for indoor use and outdoor 0-25 yards in most self defense conditions.
Keep in mind that this does not replace a handheld and you should also carry a handheld.
