Estimated Value for Ruger 10/22 Magnum

I've got a buddy who might be willing to swap me a Ruger 10/22 Magnum, but I'm having trouble finding an estimated value on it, because they're out of production. I'm seeing between 600-1100 on GunBroker and Armslist, but is there a set blue book value that anyone might be able to help me out with?

condition and serial could sway value substantially.

It was one of the first 2 years of production, somewhere between 1998-2000. Looks to be in decent condition, some stock wear due to safe storage, metal looks good, no scratches really.

I'd say 85%, if I had to guess.
