That's actually not a very difficult Photoshop job to pull off. As always, it all depends on the original pic - if your photo is staged right, there are no limits to what you can do! Just a little cloning action for the eyes and create a pattern for the skin where the eyes used to be. A little airbrushing and feathering to blend the edges and voila!
