    1.) Ruger 10/22
    2.) Ruger PC 9 Carbine
    3.) AR15/M4/M16 style rifles

For me 2 and 3 are pretty much interchangeable but nothing is as fun as shooting my 10/22. I love being able to shoot fast and accurately with it. For being a .22lr rifle it’s been extremely reliable with oem 10rd and 25rd Ruger magazines.

My current favorite rifle is my version of a 'What Would Stoner Do' AR-15.

Having carried a rifle over hill, and over dale, for thirteen years, weight is my primary concern.

My rifle comes in right at five pounds with a loaded 20 round magazine.

KP-15 Lower. Slick Side upper. Faxon pencil barrel. Coated BCG and a Holosun Optic and Troy Carbon fiber handguard.

Previously my favorite was my M-1 Carbine, for similar reasons.

Those who carried an M-1 Garand across Europe were real men. Those things are heavy, and the ammo is heavy too.

Hands Down the Pre 64 Winchester Model 70 in .308 is probably the best rifle ever built. Thats why it's called "The Riflemans Rifle."
If you consider quality materials, craftsman ship, fit & finish and accuracy, makes it "top shelf."
