I have 4 Palmetto lowers coming to my FFL dealer any day now and want to make one a pistol but have a question about the form.

My understanding is that on the form all lowers are marked as other.

I there anything that needs to be done different for the lower that I want to use for a pistol build?

    Thanks.

Nothing at all. You can make it a pistol as long as it is a 'virgin' receiver. You can always go pistol to rifle, but after it is a rifle you can't go back pistol.
