My husband & I are members of the local Volunteer Fire Department and recently the Board of Directors have stated that all members need to get the FF I certification within 18 months. We both have registered for the LSU FETI online Firefighter 1 and according to the resource guide, we'll need one of the following books to use in conjunction with the course;
IFSTA - Essentials of Fire Fighting, 5th Edition,
or
Jones & Bartlett - Fundamentals of Fire Fighting Skills, 2nd Edition,
or
Delmar - Fire Fighting Handbook, Firefighter I & Firefighter II, 3rd Edition
If anyone has one of these books and no longer needs it, please let me know!
