Found a couple of OLD Knives today

Dont know a whole lot about them but I found these today while at my grandpas house. He dont remember where he got them. He gave them to me today.

If any of you knife collectors have any info please let me know.

The bone handled one says Original Bowie on it.

The wooden handled one says Leech & Rigdon, Memphis Tn.

According to this Leech & Rigdon shut down during the Civil War.

He actually let me take them home the day I posted this. I didnt realize I wrote it wong above. He found them a while back. I have had a pic of them for a while now......I could not remember my log in for that site. There should be another thread on there somewhere where I asked questions about the knives when he let me take the pics but since I dont remember my log in I cant find it. When he found them he was not sure where he got them but wanted to make sure they were not his sons before he gave them to me. They are mine now. They are pretty neat for sure.

I had been able to find info on the bone handle one but with the other knife I guess I just didnt think it was as old as the civil war. All info I have been able to find leads to D Guarg bowie. I was just hoping someone would know for sure because I have not been able to find any pics online with my exact knife. It looks and feels old but I didnt think it was that old.

I see its made from the same company. I have been able to find knives made by the same company but have never came across one like mine yet.
