Fried Boudin Balls

Man oh man! If you haven't taken the opportunity to fry up a few dozen of Toni's Seafood Boudin Balls your really missing out. We have incorporated them as appetizers for the last couple of Thanksgiving's. My friends now seem to enjoy them as much if not more than the fried turkey's.

While in LCI, we took a field trip to the Tony's factory place in BR. Boudin balls straight from the manufacturer, now that is some good eatin.
