Fried catfish

First time trying JT Meleck Rice Whiskey.
Comparable to Gentleman Jack flavor wise and a bit smoother.

Reasonably thin sliced fillets and Louisiana seasoned fish fry adding a little more salt to taste.
No egg, no milk, no mustard, I MIGHT add a splash of BEER if the fish needs more moisture for the cornmeal to stick.

We ate it all but I still got the jugs out and will run em again later!

Got a little whiskey left if that’s what you were referring to, but it probably ain’t gonna make it until tomorrow.
