I have an acre and a half for sale on ned ave. in slidell. The subdivision is called Chateau Estates right off of highway 190. It has been cleared and 40 foot of culvert has been installed. There are a few oaks and magnolias that we left for cosmetics. Land has been surveyed. Just 3 miles from I-12, the northshore mall, home depot, and many other restaurants etc. Asking $42,000.
