Worked for 2 Lennox shops, I am a Lennox fan, good stuff. The quiet comes from running a multi pass condensor coil with an 825 RPM fan motor as opposed to a 1100 RPM......the lower RPM is a higer torque motor with a higher pitch propellor, moves lots of air quietly, I've been in a class room with a signature condensor fan running and the instructor was easy to hear

Rheem has been doing this for years, Rheem by the other names of Weather King or Rudd is less money with equal or better quality

The de humid functions are across the board, I can't stress contractor qualification enough. Being a good business man and a good sales man dosn't mean someone can produce the kind of HVAC job that makes you happy for years to come
