Anyone on here know of any gunsmiths in the Greater Baton Rouge Area that do trigger jobs on Handi Rifles? Dad has a .444 Marlin and wants a 2.5# trigger on it. Any recommendations are appreciated.
If you want to drive or mail it, Ed Delorge in Houma did mine, and it's fantastic, better than some of my bolt guns. about 2.5#. $40 IIRC. He's in the phone book. Tell him Landry sent you.
Ed D. has been gunsmithing forever. He does good work. IIRC he is an old school gunsmith from back in the days when they were expected to fix guns and do custom engraving and fancy stock work, too.
