Had Alligator for the first time

Well folks..I recently moved to Louisiana and tonight I had Alligator...It was F'n delicious!! Thats all

Two Trey Yuen Restaurants in Mandeville or Hammond.

They have real good food. My favorite place to eat though is Nash's in Broussard or Pat's on the levee in Henderson.
