I had a couple of pounds of ground beef I had to use today so it felt like a hamburger steak night.

After seasoning and adding a half sleeve of crushed saltine crackers and a couple of eggs I let the meat rest then shaped into pie shaped patties. Slice up a couple of onions 1/32" thin and after browning the patties the onions went in to cooked down a bit. Made the gravy and let it simmer about an hour or so.

The onions cooked down to almost nothing and made an amazing gravy. Served with what else but mashed potatoes and fire roasted Primavera Mistura(frozen vegetables from Costco..... https://www.costcobusinessdelivery.com/puravida-fire-roasted-primavera-mistura,-4-lb.product.2001113068.html)

I've gotten good at everything you did except the gravy. I suck at making a good gravy. If you have time, please add in details about making a good gravy. Gravy/sauce is the weak point of my cooking these days.

PS, as always, that looks awesome.
