Hog hunting

Hi i recently moved here from texas and was looking to do some hunting, whether it be hogs or rabbits, where could i go to do that ? Any help would be appreciated as i didnt find much on hog hunting around new orleans

Not sure about around New Orleans particularly
On the Northshore you can hunt the Honey Island refuge which is pretty thick with hogs.

Yea i see that, i just havent been able to hunt in a couple years cause im always out of town working, so figured id try and do some hunting while im out here working, i see most say incidental with a season, so on pearl river this time of year id pretty much have to go hunting for rabbits with a 22 to be able to get a chance at getting a hog right? That or while doing a deer archery hunt?

Crazy on the fees too lol 150 for nonresident sheeeshh plus wma and 150 to participate in whats left of archery deer if im not mistaken , might just pay to go somewhere with hogs hahaha

hog hunting is awesome on land but i prefer the helicopter hog hunting
