Houses for Rent?

The house I'm living in keeps throwing problems at me, and I'm tired of this place. I love living out here on the water, but need something with fewer headaches.

Looking to spend as little as possible. Want a house, with at least 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. $1000 or less preferred. No room mates, will be getting a dog.

Can anyone help me out? Or does anyone know anyone that can help me out?

i can sale you a house in gonzales for about $1100 a month (taxes and everything). i'll also keep an eye out for rentals.

He wasn't asking for a rent/buy debate. There are many reasons why a young guy might prefer to rent. Maintenance, IRS, credit, staying mobile, not ready for a long term commitment, etc.

I'm guessing you wouldn't mind a trailer? Not travel trailer, a regular mobile home. Give more info on what you are expecting and I'll keep my eyes open when I'm farting around Ascension.

I'd prefer a house to a trailer. Not 100% opposed to a trailer, but would be a last resort.

Yeah, well we are old school. No patrol rifles, only got MDT's within the past 5 years, no computers newer than 3 years old, its kinda bass ackwards if you ask me.

Yep it's kind of crazy how some places operate.

Always get me to see a dept. that has helicopters, bigtime HRT, armored vehicles, boats, motorcycles and cars for the motor guys, fancy pickup truck running around, and the guys working the road can write a damn DWI.

I don't want to live in a trailer really though, otherwise that would have been one of the first places I'd have considered. Won't be moving until Feb sometime.
