If you are hitting where you are aiming go by that. Pistols have a lot of stances & they have a lot of disussions about what is right & wrong.
Being bladed off to one side might catch some criticism. Shoulders look shrugged.
It is easier to see the whole thing in person. We are looking at a snapshot.
Can't see your feet. Personally I work from the grip back & have even shot off of stools.
Right hand to right side
Right hand to left side
Left hand to right side
Left hand to left side
I tend to bend my elbows more than most people I've shot with.
Just like RDO said - if it works for you, go with it. I've seen some funky shooting stances, but if you are grouping well and consistently, then keep with that stance. You can always improve on it, but the best stance is the most natural one. That is the way that you will generally react when you are caused to employ your weapon. You will revert back to that.
I used to be a Weaver shooter. Till I started training more.
Now I'm working on converting to isosilese (SP?)
-Due to the ability to move and shoot.
As was said, the stance is less important than your grip and trigger finger.
