What are y'all's predictions? Expectations?

I'm putting my faith in Scalia, Thomas, Roberts, and Alito.

As far as the others though. . . really hard to say. I could see anything from a 5-4 overturn to a 8-1 affirmation.

They hear the case on the 18th. . .

Are there any hunters/sportsmen on the supreme court? I'm nervous about this case. Let's hope while they are hearing and ruling on this case some jackass doesn't go crazy with an "assault style" rifle killing innocent people. Timing is everything. I once asked a wealthy man who's daughter I was dating his secret to success. His reply, "Be at the right place at the right time." Is now the right time for this case? Personally I would say Yes.
