Any auto body guys hang out here?
I’m looking for some info/feedback on buying a new spray gun. I’m wondering if it’d be better to buy a lower end name brand like the devilbiss Flg4 or 5 or something like the atom x brand.
Itawa and Satas are prolly more gun than I need for what I’m doing.
This will be used for clear coat only using a 1.3 tip. Would hvlp or lvlp be better? I’m reading differing opinions on the lvlp and it’s use for strictly clear coat.
Any feedback and other guns to look at would be welcome. I’m trying to stay around $200 but no more than $300 for sure.
