The whole electoral college system is a mess. They're portraying this as a landslide win. If you look at the popular vote its much closer (52 vs 46, I think is what I saw). We have to survive 4 years. We also have to convince Mary Landrieu that she's representing a truly conservative state. She almost lost this time to a nobody. She needs to know how strongly LA feels about 2A.

Well, I am glad to see there are many of you who realize the mess we are in. We aare powerless as a people to have any control over our government. Voting gets us nowhere. It is going to be everyone for themself, sooner than later. Where-ever you are at the present is more than likely where your last stand will take place. When the time comes to run for the hills, it will be so sudden that the highways will be closed and fuel will be unavailable.

It's just the way things will be. I only hope it's a ways off yet but my gut says stay vigilant.
