Anyone have any tips on where to get a replacement stock (walnut) for my new CMP carbine? Looking to replace the FAT stock that it came with.

    Thanks

whatacountry.com has M1 stocks for $79, and M2's for $55. Never done business with them, just see it in the shotgun news. I think they also carry "select" manufacturers for more money.

Numrich has new manufacture Walnut stock and handguard sets for $84, but are on backorder for 30-60 days.

http://www.reesesurplus.com/grips.html has a few as well. (little more than halfway down the page)

So what manufacturer did you get? I got an Inland from the very first order rush last year, I love it.
