it has cibah 1924 ingraved on it as well as an animal on its hind legs and says made in spain

I don't know anything about that particular revolver without pictures. But without having seen it I'll give you general information. Most revolvers that came out of Spain during that time period little to no collector's value and are copies of Smith and Wesson designs.
