When I was buying parts for my HB FAL build I picked up an Extra HB that's been cut down a few inches and threaded for a Imbel flash hider.
(Also IIRC it will thread into a standard reciever insted of the Izzy specific.)

I'm kinda tempted to make a HB para or something just for 'coolness' factor.

But that kinda seems counter productive. (I'm NOT buying the non heavybarreled wood for the same look!)

What are some 'cool' things I could do with this...

My other option is just to sell it.
