Good job to the LEO's in this case. It would be nice to establish the victim's name before quoting his Grandson, though.

I'm seeing more and more vague descriptions of crimes in the news. This morning it was about a robbery in the 100 block of East Kaliste Saloom Road. Then they ask for leads at 232-TIPS. If you want my help, give me the complete who, what, when, where, why, and how.

I might be sitting on a barstool and overhear somebody talking about knocking off XYZ Liquor store at the corner of Walk, and Don't walk. I'm pretty sure I'll never overhear of somebody robbing the unnamed business in the XXX block of Criminal Alley.

I shouldn't have to file a Freedom of Information Act request to get the whole story.
