    The bread was great. Nothing like hot bread right out the oven.
    Yes silicone pans. Years back they where on close out dirt cheap.
    So bought all they had and kept some and gave the other sets as gifts.
    They are like magic everything drops out of them well.

    When I brewed beer, I would use the left over grains to make bread. Dry them out on a sheet pan in a low oven and chop them up in a food processor. Diabetes put an end to that. You can still buy grains by the pound at a homebrew store and use them to make bread.
