Just some updated XD-40 pics...

The XD kinda got put on the back burner for a while once I discovered 1911's, but out of the blue about a week ago I decided to give it some attention. Got a Streamlight TLR-1 LED, took off the Pachmyr wrap around and grip taped it, and completely disassembled it and cleaned and polished all the internals. Wow, it feels GREAT now. The whole gun, especially the trigger feels much smoother, and I forgot how much I liked the factory grip without the wrap-around. Gotta have the grip tape though! Took it to the range twice last week and fell in love all over again.
