I ordered one of these yesterday from BladeHQ. Anyone have any experience with them? I wanted an auto that I didn’t mind abusing. I’ve had Microtechs and plenty of benchmade autos, including the infidel but couldn’t bring myself to really using them because they were so dang expensive.

Hold onto it when deploying the blade. It snaps out so fast it sometimes feels like it will jump out of your hand.
I think I read somewhere (maybe with the paper that came with the knife) that they will only offer the free sharpening service on the autos if they are shipped from/returned to an authorized agency. Something about they can't know if it's legal for you to own or not where you live. I'll have to try to find the box.

I carried a Sog Tac for over 10 years, great knife. I broke a few clips but they send you free replacements. The spring went out once and it only took a week or so to get it serviced and back to me. I only retired it because I was paranoid of losing it, came close a time or two and it has a lot of sentimental value.

I carry a Microtech LEO Ultratech now. I've eyed those Launch models though, should be a great knife

That's correct. KAI will not send autos back to your home address. They must be shipped to an authorized dealer.

Very nice knife and made in the USA.
Yes, it's true, KAI will not return an auto to you since the ownership laws vary wildly from state to state (and minute to minute, unfortunately.)
    Otherwise, definitely a keeper.
