Standing up behind a Tahoe is not fuking cover. Its barely concealment. And why even be there. After you realize you parked, or maneuvered, wrong then relocate.
If he has nothing you want, no hostage, or evidence to destroy, get the F-out of there and manage the scene from behind something that will stop rifle rounds.
