So my little brother just moved in with me and been workinng in the pipe mill for a few weeks so hes wanting to get some guns for hunting season coming up.

I dont want him to get anything expensive just some cheap old guns that he wont be broke buying! I'll help him out with things out of his range.

Trying teach him that hard work will pay off in the end a valuble lesson in life I didnt learn early like he did.

Im located in the Shreveport/Bossier City area. I dont know how to ship a gun though.

So let me know what ya got and a price!

Long guns can be shipped person to person in LA. Handguns must ship through FFL dealer or be FTF transactions. Anything from out of state must go through FFL.

Firearms can be shipped person to person in state.

Long guns can be shipped USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
Handguns must be shipped FedEx or UPS, both require Next Day service on handguns.

No this is our baby brother hes 17 and I finally convinced our mother to let him live with me since she claims she cant control him and yet I havent had the first problem with him.

I just got him a great job and hes doing good so I figured I would find him a few guns cause we hunt alot and our mother didnt allow guns in the house.

Ok I will own the gun and since he lives in my house he can keep it in his room. I was in the marines at 17 so if you can do that why cant you own a gun and I promise he can handle it good.

You can own a long gun in la at age 16, tho you have to be 18 to buy ammo.
Just went thru this with helping a neighbor lady get a .22 for her sons b-day.

Also look at the m44 mosin thread.

However, he doesn't have to register it if he has his concealed weapon permit right? Or if he's only going to keep it in his car (being an extension of the home and all).

    Finally someone gets it
