Why do they bother arresting people for this these days. Every year more and more states are legalizing it. It will eventually be legalized on the Federal level. We have worse problems happening right now.

Plenty of $ to be made via the private prison system. The war on drugs equates to nothing more than entities profiting off others misery.

In most states but not in Louisiana. Not just anyone can go to a dr and say they have headaches or trouble sleeping and get one like they can in other states. Louisiana only has a handful of medical conditions that would allow someone access to it. This was in the news not long ago here locally

It is almost impossible to get here and super expensive. My Mom qualifies and tried. Not worth the headache and cost.

I have heard of more thefts of pot in this week than in recently memory. There is a culture of revenue around it now and folks are stealing it from others locally.

They lied about Cannabis and created the propaganda movie "Reefer Madness" . How many people's lives have been ruined because of these two greedy schmucks? How far behind the curve is the US medically because these two A-Holes couldn't see beyond their own wallet?

Do not forget It is still illegal on a Federal level. Get caught with it and a gun and you are screwed.

You talking to the wrong people. Any Dr can prescribe it now for any reason, they do it mostly for the fee they charge. It is expensive though, but it is high quality.
