I have an Irish Blackthorn Walking stick. It is a bit longer, but otherwise is indeed a shillelagh. I haven't carried it in years, but I used to have it with me all of the time when I was in areas in which I couldn't carry a firearm.

the one I made came from a different kinda bush. prolly not as good as a blackthorn though.

I know that this isn't the picture that you want to see. However, it is so nice outside today and... I take pictures of just about everything anyways, besides... maybe this will prompt Mr Wilson into posting a pic of his creation.
