Every state has laws that prohibit using firearms to commit crimes. Gun laws are pretty much frivolous and mainly used to control people. We actually don't need gun laws. We can prosecute people for commiting crimes instead.

Do not need any new gun control laws. If the current laws would be enforced and prosecuted would be all we need. In fact we probably have too many gc laws at the present time....
