I was in a hurry to fill out the application because the expiration date is almost here, and I just said "no" to everything. On my initial application, I said "yes," and my Doctor completed the paperwork.
It's an honest mistake and obviously they have the release from my Doctor on file already but I'm worried they are going to think I'm lying or something similar.
Would you wait to see if they say something in case they just go ahead and approve it anyway, or would you be proactive and tell them, possibly opening up an unnecessary can of worms? Or perhaps they will appreciate my being proactive.
There's no way to change the application online once it has been submitted. This was this evening, so no one has likely reviewed it yet.
