So I'm moving to Texas in May. My CWL is from Louisiana. So my question is while I'm still a La resident can I carry concealed? From what I read on the LSP site I have 30 days after I move. If I read this right I need to apply for my Florida license now. If my fingerprints were scanned last year are they still on file digitally? Is there another state that would be better to apply with other than FL?
