New Ruger SR9?

I was in FITS Indoor shooting range yesterday just drooling and I asked to see a Beretta PX4 in .45 that was in the display case. Man, that thing is sweet. As we were talking about different guns, he told me he should have one of the new Ruger SR9's in the next day or two. That is another pistol I've been thinking about. I read a review where the writer and his staff put 12,000 rounds through a SR9 without malfunction or cleaning. Pretty impressive! Another nice piece they had was a used, but very nice Browning Hi-Power. Hmmmmm.......what should I get? Choices, choices, choices......
Maybe I'll go back today and see them all again! I think I'll at least go shoot a bit in their range.(and maybe bring home a new little friend!)

Go with the browning. I'm always leary of new guns.... Its kinda like the first model year of a new car. Let 'em work the bugs out on somebody else!

I have two PX4's, a 9mm and a 40. Love em, no problems at all. Over on the Ruger Forum there are some people having problems with their SR9's. Pops

Safety on those new rugers is really tiny, doesn't feel too bad, is thin for a ruger, and trigger isn't that bad.
