I'm looking for two lower receivers to start building rifles for the wife and me. I am not interested in billet (budget concerns) or polymer lowers. I plan to build within the USGI Mil-Spec guidelines.
I know, I know, why not just order one? I'd prefer to help a forum member out and perhaps make some new, local connections in the shooting world. I would prefer to pick up in person.
