Any FX, or edguns. Hell, I've even popped some critters with an Ataman ap16 pcp pistol. If you're on a budget, a Benjamin marauder is best all around value.

Sounds fancy. I’m still rocking a vintage RWS 54 magnum in .22 cal chunking those heavy crow magnum pellets. I break it out for pretty much everything south of coyotes. I do appreciate the nitro piston guns and love my Marauder though.

as you go up in pressure, you go up in sound. Many pcp setups have MODERATORS to help with the report. There are some amazingly accurate setups now and the heavy slugs have been advanced a bunch in both design and accuracy. I used to use a 25 cal for rodent size, but the 22 lr with a suppressor is a smidge more accurate and lethal.

I have a 25 cal Edgun Matador Long R3M. I have it turned up to get most velocity (~990 FPS) with best accuracy. But it can be turned down to be VERY quiet. I have taken squirrels with it easily out to 65 yds.

Not a PCP but my Weihrauch HW77 fits the bill nicely. It's not very high powered at around 12ft lbs, but it's one stroke and you're good to go. Varmints beware.
