Was browsing the FPC website and saw this active Louisiana case they are involved in regarding:
    • Challenge to the federal ban on handgun and ammunition purchases by young adults under age 21
    https://www.firearmspolicy.org/reese
    https://www.firearmspolicy.org/legal

Summary: Federal Second and Fifth Amendment lawsuit challenging the federal ban on the sale of handguns and handgun ammunition by federal firearm licensees (FFLs) to adults under 21 years of age.

Plaintiffs: Caleb Reese, Joseph Granich, Firearms Policy Coalition, Second Amendment Foundation, and Louisiana Shooting Association

Defendants: Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, ATF Director Steven Dettelbach, and United States Attorney General Merrick Garland

Litigation Counsel: Raymond DiGuiseppe, Joseph Greenlee, and John Dillon

Anyways, I'm just here to say if you aren't a member of the FPC already, consider joining. They really stay in the legal trenches and help fight for our 2A rights. Membership is only like $20/year. I dont want our state turning into what IL is going through right now with full on mag cap limits and "assault weapon" bans. We'll never become a CA/NY/NJ and I hope we will eventually get constitutional carry here in the next 5 years.
