riot batons

So i go into a cop supply store in Baton Rouge and see a riot baton on the wall that i would like to add to my collection. The guy behind the wall says it can only be sold to LEO's -(owners decision). BUT!!..........they would be glad to sell me any one of several dozen firearms displayed around the store. Go Figure.

ive seen a riot baton sold to a civilian at a cop shop. thats not law, just store policy most probably.

I got my first one at 16 at a gun show for $12. Now I got a few monadnoks, couple older asps, and a really old wooden pr24 with riot handle.

it was the single stick, 36" long knurling at both ends......i think it was aluminum. I also own the old military riot stick...its wooden, painted olive drab with finger gooves and a lanyard hole at both ends. also an old night stick.

yeah thats BR Police Supply.

I think he is wanting a straight stick and not a baton or PR24. My Favorite one is the PR24.....it can do wonders.

In St Tammany there are several places selling batons. Army Surplus in Slidell, Vinsons Uniform supply in Lacombe, Code 3 Supply in Mandeville, arms merchant in mandeville, FITS inc in Slidell. Each business sells batons......
