Dangerous self-proclaimed radical, activist, marxist, nominee to this powerful post, was born in the Soviet Union and has a doctorial degree from Moscow State University. She has refused to comply with the written request, made 10/05/2021 from the committee Minority Ranking Member, Sen Pat Toomey (R-PA) to turn over a copy of her thesis.
It is entitled "Karl Marx's Economic Analysis and the Theory of Revolution in The Capital ". Toomey, and others, ask "... what does she have to hide ...?" Apparently -LOTTSA CRAP- altho she's been very vocal on many of her pet issues and goals that have surfaced in spite of Dem-Damned- Dem's effort to hide them. SO proposes to " ... end banking as we know it ...". Further, SO has as plans to create a new federal beaurocracy, the "NATIONAL INVESTMENT AUTHORITY " to exercise price control over major sectors of the U. S. economy, including food, gas, oil, coal, wages, home prices, etc. Surely, although not mentioned in detail, its tentacles would expand into "MINOR" sectors like healthcare, credit cards, media and internet access, all natural resources, firearms, ammo & components, vehicles, etc. The possibilities are endless.
This latest joke of a nominee and ITS stated, documented agenda, coupled with all the other other attacks on freedom, reminds me of events in a novel I read in the early 1970's, riding a bus to and from work. Ayn Rand's ATLAS SHRUGGED. In a future America, finally fed up with over-reaching gumment regulations, everything and everyone SHUT DOWN.
The LEFTIES are painting the opposition to this nominee by a witch-hunt/smokescreen/resurrection of Neo-McCarthy-ism. If they have not already done it and I missed it, will soon play their scripted Anti-Immigrant, Racist and Sexist Cards.
I view "SO-what?" as A CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER !
